Arrgh! The Only One Night Stand
We had just been meeting and those unexpected exceptional one night stands would always happen. That moment when our eyes met and I felt some heaviness inside my undergarments, I knew that it had to happen. I was not the dominating one in this since she also wanted to have some fun too. In biology, I remember we called it a symbiotic relationship. It has never been serious. We loved fun. Is that what everyone feels good about? Yeah that is it. I have to admit that the one-night-stands were soo great that i only longed for the next time i shall meet this electric beauty. I bet you understand the meaning of the term ‘electric’ as used in this context. Her name was Sally. She was the dazzling dark beauties of all time. In my village back at home, she was the only girl who at least managed to own some flesh in her gluteal tissue. To add on to that, she was the infiltrative type of lady. Meaning, she was choosy and selective to certain men. I knew she had fun with many people but I still could not get enough of her time. She had a cartel of men who I guess operated on her on my absence. She would get admitted and discharged after been worked on for hours or days. Sometimes I thought she did it for cash and that is why every time I came back to my village from college, I used to have a packet of approximately a 100 barrier contraceptives. I had that feeling deep in me about what I was getting into.
Therefore, it happened that this day, I managed to get home from school on a Friday. I was extremely tired and weary. The time was 3:30pm. The sun was still shining bitterly on my clean-shaven head. There was a bit of a shaky drizzle that was trying to drive away the sunny weather. I approached my village that was situated in somewhere deep in Ukambani. A lot of grass-thatched and mud-walled houses were the spectacular things in this region. You can imagine the tourists would come to take pictures of our houses and pay us. That shows how deep poverty had stricken our village. The only privileged man in the area was called Mr. Muthama who owned a wooden house and a bicycle. He made a lot of cash when ferrying residents to and from town and that is where he got his cash.

This was the fifth day out when she was staring at this man at the pineapple plantation. She was anxious to speak to know him and get to understand him. She had this unknown attraction to this hardworking man. She did not know anything personal about him. All she knew was that he came to the plantation on Mondays and Thursdays. She made sure she visited the place on these days to make sure she saw him do what he did. She had not had a man in her life before. She wanted to feel loved and she needed to feel what people in love felt. This inner spirit drove her crazy every day and night. She would feel her muscles twitch and her temperature rising especially when she had feelings of her ‘future-man’. Many men had made advances on her but she remained to this one guy she had never spoke to –the man at the pineapple plantation.
She had monitored this man until she had known his routine. He would weed the plantation for some hours then disappear in some bushes. After a while, he would emerge with different clothes then rush to a nearby eatery frequented by fellow farmers’ just meters from the plantation. The man followed that routine strictly and this added some worth in him from her. She admired his set of style and timing.

She rolled from side to side in a bid to get some sleep. She kept rotating her slender beautiful body wondering where her life was to start. Her eyes were open and her face could tell it all. She was unsettled. She could not find sleep though. The ceaseless sounds that emanated from the other houses next to her could not even make her have peace with herself. She was in sixes and sevens. When other couples were living life, when other children were being pampered by their parents, when other families were planning make over’s and good life strategy, Joy was in a dilemma. She was between a rock and a hard place. She was torn between two worlds. She had to choose between becoming the woman of the night and begging.
Heightened tender love
Build in a bundle of bravura clouds
To unreachable heights
I feel like the wind blew my heart away
Memories making me live each day
Our unfathomable recollections
They had been seen together often strolling around the campus during the evening hours. Immediately the class ended, they would meet somewhere they had discussed either on phone or by mouth before they got into class. They shared everything even food on daily basis. They had formed this kind of union that no one would even dare to break. These were Hannah and Oliver both 4th year university students. Hannah was a beautiful African young lady who loved fashion. She pursued Biochemistry as her course of choice. Oliver on the other hand was an American hunk who always seemed to be moved by electronics and wires. He had loved this field of electronics since he was a young boy. His mum would always find it hard cleaning his room, which was a den of old, used electric wires and broken sockets. He pursued Electronic Engineering at Graduate level. Despite him being moved to this area of study, he was in love with Hannah for the past 2 years in Campus. They had grown together to be that unique great couple often admired by other people. He was the kind of guy who never sated having one girl his entire life.
Sherry trembled. She felt her palpitations. Her heart was beating live. The guy wanted to take advantage of her vulnerability. He wanted to exploit whatever human part had remained in her. She took a step behind and rushed to the main door. She held the doorknob and tried to open the door but it was locked. She had been trapped again. She took a step behind and held her chest with both hands. The room was dark and the only thing she could see was silhouettes or figures walking. She hid behind some ramshackle cupboards leaving a sharp angle to peep through the collector. She slowly sat on the floor. Her heartbeat was evident. She could hear it with her ears. A silvery light illuminated her tear-stricken face, her skin so deathly pale and her eyes dilated with shock.
Looking around her, she spotted some blood on the floor that led to a certain room. She raised her eyebrows and moved much more inside the cupboards. She knew the collector was inside that room. She waited. She trembled the entire time like a raw recruit staggering back from terrors of her first battle.
